Emergency open house host or co-host. Will perform the following activities:

- Arrive 1 hour early to the open house to set up (3) signs, turn on lights, etc.

- Post on social media on the day of the open house to generate traffic.

- Greet and pass out flyers (Can pass out your flyers if requested).

- Agent has access to MLSListingsPro and Supra eKey.

$100 / 4 - hour open house (Bay Area). If at the same property, can do a second consecutive day

Ex. Sat/Sun for $150 total

Open a door for your client (rental or house showing) anywhere in the Bay Area. Monday-Friday only.

Will show up in professional attire.

$50 / door (Bay Area)

Please request at least 1 hour in advance. Any late emergency requests (less than 1 hour warning) that are taken will cost $20 extra.

We will promote your open house with your promotional media that you wish to share on Open House Supplie's instagram with over 500 followers (Mostly real estate/ realtor related accounts). The story will be posted on instagram @openhousesupply. The story will run for 24 hours and we will tag your social media account as well.
